Barton Springs

Natural limestone-fed urban oasis. The most TX thing to do while you're here. A truly magical place to swim, take sun, and people watch. And somehow Bam still finds a way not to come.

South Congress

The stores you love, the stores you hate, and some local treasures for you to discover. La Brea, Melrose, SoHo, and Texas all in one. At the very least the air conditioning is good.

East 12th Street 

This street has everything you could need for a 'lil morning or afternoon stroll if you're Carla. Casual restaurants, vintage shops, $70 candles, Birdie's, and Franklin BBQ. You know the vibes.

East Cesar Chavez

The soon-to-be renamed neighborhood has Dua Lipa's favorite brisket, La Barbecue, mat pilates, a ton of Waymo's, NYT darling Canje, and the wickedly talented De Nada Cantina.
